Change can be a terrifying ordeal, unwieldy, unwelcome, challenging.
But needed.
From good to bad, change can clear away the shackles that we don’t know are tethered to us. Weighing us down and preventing growth.
Just as fall changes to winter, so comes spring after the harrowing cold, snow, and ice. Not all will survive the transition of winter, succumbing to its chilling grasp, providing the building blocks for the new growth when the sun and rain break the winters’ hold on the land.
We cannot bring all of us to the other side of change. That which we no longer need, ruminating, negative thoughts, self-doubt, anger, pain are left to wither and die, opening up the chance for new growth with forgiveness and a new you in spring.
